Ella has been decorating for Lynn's birthday all afternoon--balloons, pictures, a special chair, etc. The highlight was when I let her frost and decorate cupcakes with sprinkles. When she was done we had to change her entire outfit. Not sure how you get chocolate frosting on the back of your shirt and down the front of your pants. :)

Ella taped up pictures everywhere. This was Lynn's favorite. He asked me to buy a frame for it so he can hang it in his office. I love how Lynn has cupcake on his face. :)

Earlier today we went to the store so Elles could pick out a gift for Daddy. When I asked what she wanted to get him, she thought about if for a minute and said, "Nuts." Nuts? Hmmm...I guess he would like that. She changed her mind when she saw the Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2 DVD. No go. Sorry girlie. She ended up choosing a special card (after looking at every. single. one.) and his favorite candy bar.

We planned to take Lynn out to dinner for fajitas, but had a major blizzard going on. How about a rain check on that, Hon?
